Product Description

The advantages of dry ramming mass mainly include the following:

 

Good stability: Dry ramming mass do not contain any liquid binder (such as water), so the structure is stable and does not deform, which allows the high refractoriness and excellent mechanical strength.

Long lining life: Dry ramming mass have good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and are not easily affected by high temperature and chemical corrosion, thereby extending the service life of the furnace lining. 

Good thermal  resistance: Both intermittently and continuously working mode are acceptable, reducing the linging cracks. 

Easy installation: The installtion speed of dry ramming is very fast, and the furnace is easy to dismantle. It saves labor and cost by conveient installation and maintenance.

High temperature resistance: Dry ramming mass usually have high temperature resistance, can remain stable in high temperature environments, and are suitable for various high-temperature smelting processes.
