Product Description

Refining and purification system in steel ladle:

 

Blowing argon from the top and bottom of the steel ladle for a short time can even out the temperature of the molten metal in the ladle, drive some inclusions and N,H,O gases to float up, provide an argon curtain protection layer for the surface of the molten metal, and avoid secondary contamination by air during transportation. If the blowing and stirring are combined with a special high-efficiency refining agent, it can accelerate the reaction of the uniform refining agent and achieve secondary purification of the molten metal.

The top and bottom argon blowing system of the steel ladle can provide top blowing argon gas protection and bottom blowing stirring. It has safety mechanisms such as gas source purification, gas source monitoring, and blockage alarm. Solved the problem of easy clogging of argon diffuser in traditional steel ladles. It is the core component of the ladle argon blowing.
