Product Description

The coil grout is divided into corundum based, and aluminum silicate based etc .The main function of coil grout is to apply it on the inner surface of the coreless inductor coil to play the role of insulation, protection and buffering. ‌

‌Insulation function‌: Coil grout can provide good insulation performance when used between coils to prevent current leakage and short circuit. ‌
‌Protection function‌: Coil grout has the characteristics of high strength, high density and high insulation. It is specially designed to protect the coreless medium frequency furnace coil, prevent the leakage of molten metal, and protect the induction coil from the breakdown of molten metal. ‌
‌Buffering function‌: The smooth surface formed by applying it on the coil can buffer the expansion and contraction of the inner lining of the induction coil, reduce the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and prevent the occurrence of cracks in the furnace lining. ‌
In addition, coil grout also has the advantages of high refractoriness, high density, high strength, smooth surface, strong fluidity and strong operability.
